Welcome Valerie, from New York state! That's too bad that at this point in time you are not surrounded by quilters in person. However, this board may help you with that. You can be virtually surrounded instead! Are you planning on staying down in Panama for a while? If so, did you bring some of your quilting things with you?

Welcome from the Deep South, where it's a bit chilly this morning. I'm staying inside today working on some Christmas gifts. This board is absolutely the best thing I have ever encountered. So many nice, quilty, people with way too many good ideas and quilts. My bucket list is much larger because of this board.

Yes, I brought all of my quilting paraphernalia with me (including UFOs, WIP etc). And recently reorganized so that I have my machine and sewing table in a super bright, freshly painted room with 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows and city and ocean views.
