Hi! My name is Barbara, although some of you might know me from other online groups as Babs. I'm a friend of Sharon321 and she told me about this group.

I live in Dallas, TX and have been quilting about 10 years. I love working with brights and novelties. I also like 30's prints. I love to paper piece and am slowly learning how to applique. I love to participate in block swaps and secret pal exchanges.

Other than quilting I love to sing, play the piano, and I am a preschool teacher. I have a quilting blog, and love getting to know other quilters and sharing ideas.

I look forward to getting to know y'all and maybe participating in some swaps.
