I'm a new quilting addict and have already discovered that there are way too many quilts and entirely too little time!
I've been reading the board for about a week now and decided I wanted to join in. I probably won't be a regular poster (I never am) but I love reading the board! Becky in Texas |

Since you said "Howdy" I'm wondering if you are an A & M aggie? I'm in Texas, too, from Longhorn country (Austin). Welcome and this is usually a pretty fun group.

WELCOME....
I know what you mean by addiction....I have come to quilting rather late and unless I live to be about 200, could never do all the things I would like. Margie |
Thanks for the welcome everyone!
Mocha 827, I graduated from Sam Houston but I bleed maroon! I couldn't deal with the drive to A&M and parking since I was working full time while going to college as well as trying to finish raising my family. Oldest DD graduated from A&M and oldest DS will be attending next year after getting out of the Navy. |
Welcome for North Carolina! What part of Texas are you from?
|
My children are now grown and on their own. One of my four is an Aggie and is a chemical engineer in Houston so I get the maroon addiction. The other three and me and my husband are UT grads. Hook 'em!
