howdy from Texas
I'm Rachel & I've been quilting since 2002. Almost all of my quilts have been completely stitched on my Bernina Virtuosa 150, which i recently retired after 15 years &i inherited my grandmother's new Bernina activa 220. today i received my new Brother pq 1500 in the mail, which I'm excited to have bought! my claim to fame is tshirt quilts & baby quilts, but after today I'm excited to not be so limited anymore! I'm a mom of two (5&7) that we homeschool & love every minute of. I'll be here, excited to learn as much as i can. and I'll post some pics later.:-)

[QUOTE=Neesie;5259459]Howdy and welcome, from TX!
i live in the Killeen area. Hey Tartan, between me & my mum we have 4 Bernina sewing machines, 3 sergers, and now an industrial Brother quilting machine. they are worth more to us than a trade in, plus we work together. my mom is a big-time seamstress and we work together on projects when we can, esp for a good charity. :-) |
