I saw your ad on the Dresden Kaleidoscopes and loved the looks. I tried to buy a ebook so I could make a wall hanging. Well I am a old fool, I downloaded the book 3-29-11. when I tried to open the book the a few hours ago. it would not open. my computer said I did not have access. well I had to tell my daughter to help me she laugh and told me about that thing that looks like a big i phone. I am 76 years old ,too old to learn new tricks. HaHa on me.
Now I hope you can tell me what to do now. I tried to contact you on the computer but , not sure I did that right. I pray I hear for you soon. Thank you in advance Florence at my daughters |

Hello from North Carolina. Lovely lady in the picture. And you'll find all sorts of great ideas. I am not that computer saavy to help you either and those telephone thingies are such a mystery to me. If they came with a flip down magnifying glass, I might have a chance. Can't even read those things with my readers. mmmm sign of the times, isn't it. Good to meet you. Blessings, Ruth

Florence I am the one who wrote the Dresden Kaleidoscope ebook. I am so sorry you are having problems. I am not really good at the technical side of this but I will try to solve this for you. When you downloaded the ebook you may need to download Adobe reader to be able to open the ebook. The Adobe reader is a free download. It should let you read the book. If this does not solve the problem I can message the new Admin and ask for help on this. I am sure they can help if need be.
My email is if you need it. Let me know if this helps! Thanks Rhonda To pm me just click on my name above my avatar and you will see a link for the pm. Click on that pm link and send me a message. |
Ask and you shall receive!!

It does get confusing at times, but keep on using that computer. It gets easier the more you use it. Just ask a lot of questions and don't feel silly about doing so. I am more or less self-taught, had an hour demo from a young nephew and niece, to show me how to get to emailsd, all I cared about at the time. My nephew said try, you won't break it and if you get scared you are not where you want to be, X- out or shut down! By the way, I'm 72

mrspete Hello to you I only made two quilts, starting on the third. I like to sew but not to much spear time . Think I go to smaller thing. I can do one block so I can do more for my walls. so my RA will stop that.
