Hi ,

I am new to this so be gentle! :shock Recently I saw a picture of a quilt but couldn't print it off, as needed ink in printer, and now can't find the quilt. The quilt was a half triangle of black, and the other half triangle looked like bright colors sewn in strips? If anyone knows what I hunting for I would appreciate any help you could give me!!!! Thank you before hand for your help!!!

Hi Granny, welcome to the board.

Do you remember where you saw the block? Was it in a magazine, if so do you remember the name or something else that was in the same issue? Or approximately when it came out--for instance was it this season, last season, etc.

You can go to www.quilterscache.com and scroll through their patterns to see if you find something similar.

Good luck!

Hi,
go into search and type in Roman Stripe that should bring it to you. I don't know how to link it in for you. This may be the one your looking for.
:D

Hi,
I got some other people who gave an idea as to where to look. I was born in Brawley California, but my mom and dad both were from Kansas, and they wanted back in this area. So here I am many many years later, with grandkids of my own. It is so nice to meet new friends, so thank you for saying hi.

You have every right to be proud. I take it quilting is what keeps you from worrying while your kids are away fighting for us to continue to live the life we love!! Thanks for produceing such wonderful kids!!! My youngest son is a police officer, like his dad, and we live in a very small town, but there is always a chance of someone doing something stupid, that can take an officer's life.

Those are adorable girls you have there. Out of my 14 grandkids, 11 are girls. I may be prejudice but I think they are wonderful too!! The youngest one who turned 1 in August, was born with Cystic Fibrosis, so when I'm not at home or at work, the two grandmas are a revolving team that takes care of the four girls at that house.
It was so nice of you to introduce yourself to me, and I will look up the pattern you suggested! Thanks again!!
