HI ROSEMARY AND A WARM WELCOME FROM NEW JERSEY
|
Hello and welcome from steamy South Carolina.
|
Hey, Rosemary! Welcome from South Louisiana. I'm a "seasoned beginner." I still like doing traditional blocks. We can never run out of those. You'll get lots of help here and make lots of friends, too.

Welcome from Ireland
|
How about something quick and easy like combining nine patches with plain patches to make a pretty single irish chain?
Plan your pieces to be a nice size! The 9s are strip pieced. and the plain squares can be a tone on tone print... Look up a tutorial - lots and lots of them out there! This one is amazingly fast! Jeannie |
Hello and welcome from Great Britain. This is a wonderful board and I am sure you will love it - and learn a lot from it too.

hello and welcome from central Illinois.
How about a square in a square block, set on point. It would use your fabrics well. You could fussy cut for the center square, or use it to show off a theme fabric. Just an idea. Good Luck! |
