Glad your sewing. I started about 7 or 8 years ago. I worked full time so I didn't sew alot. Now I don't work and my sewing machine doesn't shut off much. I'm tackling a king size quilt right now. Its been in my UFO pile for awhile so I hope to get it done soon beings my UFO stack is waiting and growing. I think after this king sizer I'll go back to lap quilts or baby quilts. This Kinger is definetely a challenge. Lots of fabric and weight to work with. I'm tieing it now and should not have taken a break. I'm procrastinating.

Hello, and welcome from Missouri.

A good way to learn quilting is to volunteer with quilters from a church or senior citizen group. There is a wealth of information and great skills waiting to be tapped.
