I am new to this message board. I have done swaps and love them. i am working on christmas quilts. I am learning to do Hawaiian quilting. A quilter in my quild is teaching me. I have been sewing forever and i have been quilting for over 25 years. Love to hear from other quilters.

Welcome! Hawaiian quilting is lovely. I would love to venture into that one day. I started quilting 3 years ago.. there are 2 other quilters in our home.. my 19 yodd has made several quilts.. but her passion is knitting. A year ago my husband decided to try making a quilt.. and since then he has made oodles of tops including one for our son's 15th birthday. Our son loves to snuggle under quilts, but has no desire to play with fabric! LOL!

Hawaiian quilting is beautiful, I have a friend that does it and she so kindly made me a beautiful pillow. One day I'll get around to doing one too!!
