Hi. My name is Geraldine and I live in Chaparral, New Mexico which is right outside of El Paso, Texas. I am new to quilting and to this board. We just (3 months ago) started the El Paso Northeast Quilting Guild (EPNEQG) and have 24 members, all levels, including newbies like me. It is so exciting. My mom just called from Tennessee and told me she is sending me an already pieced quilt top (pattern unknown) that she "found" in an old trunk. She does not know when or who made it. I can't wait to get it and take it to our Guild's ladies, I know one of them will be able to identify the time frame from the materials and someone will also know the pattern. Will post when I know more. Bye.
