Well it is hot and I did sew for a while, but we do not have AC and there is a slightly cooler breeze calling me from the beach so I am off very soon to dip in the cool Atlantic.

Ireland! That is a welcome indeed. I have spent a good deal of time in Ballaneety in Co Limerick.
I never found much quilting in Ireland alhough I have found more knitting in recent years.
