Hi there, I'm new to quilting and new to the board. My daughter taught at Chop Point for 4 summers while she was in college. I came up to visit several times and fell in love with the area. We did a couple of days of "touristy" stuff, eating out way around and visited Kennebunkport for a day. Glad to have you "aboard" !

I'm about 275 miles south of Presque Isle. As a matter of fact I am going up north beyond Presques Isle in two weeks, plan to hit Marden's all the way up, one in Waterville, and one in Madawaska as well as Presque Isle. Of course we are fortunate to have one right here in Lewiston.
