East Texas in the Pineywoods section just north of Houston. I am 72 and retired but helping to raise 2 granddaughters. When school begins in a few days I would like very much to find other quilters in my area.
Your avatar says you are in hiding but what town in East TX are you located? I love E. TX in the spring time. My mother and I would go in late March to see the beautiful lacey dogwoods, redbuds looking so sweet with the deep green pines as a back drop, not to mention the Carolina Jasmine vining up the telephone poles. I have a great friend in Jasper that I have yet to visit; she always comes here. Take care and welcome to the board.
