Howdy, everyone! I'm Neesie, originally from New Orleans, LA but have been living in TX, for almost 20 years. I learned to sew and crochet, as a young child, and have kept at it, for over 50 years. Most of my quilting experience has been with smaller projects. My first actual quilt, a twin-sized Triple Irish Chain (for my mom), got me hooked on the real thing!

My current quilting project is making various quilt blocks, in sets of three, to swap with my mom and sister. The idea is to each have a matching set (of assorted blocks), from which we'll make our quilts.

Am looking forward to getting to know everyone here! :)
