New to board
Hello all! I have been sewing since I was about 7, but it wasn't until I was an adult that I discovered the joys of quilting. I haven't made a lot of quilts, being constrained by time and children, but I do love to make them and am so inspired by seeing other people's quilts. I have a few new projects rolling around in my mind at present but have decided that I need to make 2018 the year of the UFO! (This is not to say that I won't just bust out of my self-imposed discipline and start another project!) ;)
I'm looking forward to being inspired by all the wonderful people on this board! |

Hello from Oklahoma to everyone. I am new to quilting and thank you for adding me. I have a question, I want to use a jelly-roll for the first time. I just bought some at Joanns but there's only 20 strips two of each color per roll, is that enough to make a quilt from each one.. thank you for helping me.

Welcome from Central Florida! I remember those kind of time restraints. We had 3 kids & I kept my sewing machine ready to sew in order to get some sewing time if they took a nap or I got some me time. Looking forward to seeing your work! Happy quilting!
