Hi to all of y'all. I'm Robbi, and I live in Amarillo Texas. I have been a quilter since I carried my daughter, nearly 10 years ago, however, being a nurse prevents me from quilting as much as I think about it. I stick to the simple patterns, and have even ventured a half square triangle pattern or two. I absolutely love it, and would sew all the time if I could. Anyway, I just wanted to say hi, and ask y'all to check out my latest quilt top on the picture board. I just finished the one I am making for ME. (never made one just for me) It is a black and white trip around the world, and I am so very proud of how well it turned out.

Thanks,
Robbi

Hey ROBBI... glad you joined us. In my eyes there are not enough hours in the day ... between work and quilting, since we have to sleep to!

Glad you joined us!

Hi Robbi...welcome on board. We are almost neighbors. I live in Lubbock. Are you going to or have you ever been to the Ogallala Quilt Festival in Dimmitt? It is the first weekend in April. I think Dimmitt is kind of between Lubbock and Amarillo. It's supposed to be very good. This year one of the featured speakers/presenters is Jan Krentz. You can get info if you're interested at www.ogallalaquilters.org. Anyway, welcome and look forward to seeing more of your quilts. The black and white around the world is really pretty.
