Been reading this board for a few weeks and find it to be very inspiring and friendly!!! Thought I'd like to join this quilting board. Been sewing since I was a kid, used to wait for my grandmother to finish sewing a seam and quick sit down at her treadle machine and sew my seam! I have done garment sewing, knitting, crocheting, counted cross stitch, which lead to quilting as I cross stitched alphabet blocks then made a quilt. I find I make more wall hangings than quilts, I am looking forward to posting and meeting everyone!
