Hey All!!! New to the forum, living in Oregon. Just love some of the work you gals do!!! Really enjoy pics of other quilt shows too. I am gearing up for my third quilt retreat in a couple weeks. I decided that my twins were getting older and I needed a hobby. So August 07' I decided to take a couple of sewing classes. After my third class I attended a local quilting retreat and I made a queen size crazy circles quilt. I never once cussed or shed a tear and I had my quilt top done in a weekend. I was hooked! I am hoping to get the pic up soon. I also have started a devils puzzle. I figured I already have the templates, might as well get my money's worth right? Will admit cutting out those little "L" shapes make my eyes cross once in awhile.

So much on this board it takes time to get around to all the treads. I found your other post before I found this one!! Anyway, have a GREAT evening and enjoy the boards! Will check in with you soon!

It has been really gorgeous during the day, around 72 is and clear and sunny, we have gotten some winds, but that is typical here, nights cool off to around 50 something, I think. I work too, am sitting at work staring outside at the moment and wishing I could be out there. But alas I work for an accountant, busy time of year for me.

Welcome from NE CA. Glad you joined us. As far as cutting the little pieces, Quilter's Cache has a 12" paper piece Devils Puzzle, that might be a little easier than the cutting small pieces. We love pictures.
