The batting loads on the bottom roller. The top loads on the next roller up and the bottom goes on the top roller. Then take the bottom and attach to the take up roller. Pull the batting gently up and attach to the take up roller. Then the top of the quilt comes up over the batting and the batting and attaches to the take up roller. At least that is how mine works and the frame looks the same. After quilting the first space available I find that I have to loosen the next batch of batting in order to advance everything to the take up roller. Hope this helps you out. PM me if I can help you out. Welcome to the board.

Here are some links from my frame quilting mailing lists:

http://www.longarmuniversity.com/index.htm
http://www.quiltuniversity.com/
http://www.mqresource.com/home/
http://www.sharonschambernetwork.com/Classes.aspx
http://www.gammill.com/index.php?m=videos#

There are many, many more links, too. I suggest finding a Y! group for your specific machine &/or frame, and more general about home quilting systems. I'm on 3 different lists, one each for my machine & frame, and one for general home quilting. They are a huge resource, each has links to tutorials & classes & help files.
