I have just discovered this board today and thought I would introduce myself. My name is Maria and I live in New Zealand and have been quilting for nearly three years, but still feel like a beginner. I joined a guild in my area not long after I started quilting and it was the best thing for learning and being inspired. I look forward to browsing this site and getting alot of tips. Thanks |

Welcome! You got questions, we have more answers than you ever dreamed of. I'm not kidding either. A while ago someone asked something as simple as "Do you pre-wash your fabric?" and the answers had everything from what type of detergent to use, what temperature to set your water at, etc.
