Hi everyone. I just found this site yesterday and have been having a great time looking through the posts. I have been quilting 5 or 6 years now and have made a coule of good quiltin buddies here in Vegas, but one can NEVER have too many quiltin buddies  I find them wherever I travel. I have two sisters and my Mom who also quilt. Needless to say that when there is a family reunion, it's also a shop hop :D Thanks for the board, I already picked up a few pointers. Suzanne

Thanks for the welcome. I will post photos as I can....I am learning to use this chat board, so please bear with me. Suz
This is one of my current projects. I purchased it in Denver 2006 while I was visiting my sisters and recuperating from major surgery and cancer. I call it my "souvenier" quilt. It is flanel material and I am making it for my queen size bed. |

The center panel is just that, a panel, in flanel...ooh woo, it rhymes. Since going through the cancer, I get chilled easier than most. So, even thopugh I live in Las Vegas, I am looking forward to having a flanel quilt. I thought the colors were sooo very pretty and it reminded me of how beautiful Colorado is. I just HAD to have it LOL

Yes, welcome and oh, what a gorgeous quilt! Do you remember the name of the panel material?
