New to group :)
I have started quilting again after a few year hiatus. I used to be an active member on the AAQMB and now looking for a new home for me to re-hone my quilting skills. I just got reacquainted with my 1/4 inch seam by sewing blocks for quilts for families of Sandy Hook. It reminded me of the blocks I sewed for the 911 memorial quilt.
A little about me...I work full time, am an active Girl Scout Volunteer and have 2 kids. I look forward to getting to know you all better and participating in some swaps and getting into my fabric stash:) Sylvia |

Greenbelt is about 3 exits down from (295)/Baltimore Washington Parkway. I often get on the metro there when I go to DC. Where is Salisbury, NC? |

Salisbury, NC is about 30 miles north of Charlotte, 45 miles SW of Greensboro and Winston-Salem and about 90 miles south of Raleigh. Right in the middle of the state. Kitsy
