HI I am from Co. and want to welcome to the newest addiction.LOL My first was a split rail and it is fun and easy, just plain old squares sewed together look neat too.

I'm thinking a 4 or 9 patch type - something simple.
Definitely not one that deals with diagonals!

Welcome from Washington State. :) Log cabin, split rail fence and 9 patch are really easy quilts to start out.Enjoy !
