I think I joined this but I don't see the listing on the site. So here I am again Hello Group I love the information and pictures of all of the quilts. I look forward to sharing more of your experience. I watched my grandmother sew and quilt all of my youth, I made a baby nine patch quilt for a gift and I forgot to take pics so I guess I missed my pictures of my official first quilt. I am from a small town in Southeastern GA. Hope to become friends with all of you. Teresa

Hi Teresa, I live in Lakeland which is S Eastern GA. Lakeland is about 15 miles from Valdosta. Been here for 3 yrs. and just got where I can go without getting lost. :lol: How close are we?

Thanks for the warm welcome. I have had a bad few weeks everyone had the bad bug going around. My mom and dad are both 80 years yound and my dad was very ill with 3 rounds of antibiotics to get rid of it. Then lo and behold I have it now. My husband came home from Texas to get me and we were going to Marietta Ohio cross a mile bridge and you are in Parkersburg Virginia ( :cry: :cry: sad to say I was to sick to go and there are so many :lol: yummy quilting in that area of the woods.) Hope to go in few weeks. I live in the Onion Capital of Vidalia GA. Thanks again for the warm welcome and maybe I will be on more in the near future. My favorite kitty mans name is Sugar.
