Hi, I'm from Kansas, but have only been here for 3 months and love it. I've been quilting since 1992 and have not lost the passion for it yet!! :D I'm a grandmother of two beautiful little girls with another girl on the way. My son is currently serving in Afghanistan and won't be home until the end of the year, so please keep him and all his buddies in your prayers. Thanks!! Hope to hear from ya'll soon!! :)

I live in Kansas City,Kansas and we're due to have thunderstorms for the next two days...hope I don't lose power...I don't have my treadle machine here, yet!!! I still have most of my fabric in California, where I lived for many, many, MANY years. I always told folks I was from the South...southern California that is!! lol I hope to get my fabric by the end of this month...I'm in serious withdrawal. I'll post pictures as soon as I find them on this computer. I mainly do strip and piecing, but have done some applique and like using QuiltSmart.

I finally figured out how to get pictures on the site!! YEA!!! So I posted three of them today. As you can see, I tend to like bright colors!! lol I'm getting settled in, but it took awhile before I could start quilting again. I just started back last month!!! Talk about withdrawal symptoms!! Whew, it was bad!! Made menopause look easy! lol I love it on this site. Keep up the good work, ladies!!
