have been quilting for a couple of years, just got my first long arm and can't wait to learn to use it. Have been following this site for a month and thought I might join, you all have alot of advise and a good time on here. Am currently working on english paper piece (grandmothers garden).

She is right! For all you buckeyes Jackson,Ohio shop /Guhl's in old Kroger Store. Great place to buy material. She has it in 1--5yd pieces. All kind of things. sorry no web site. She has moves 27 times in the town!!! She grew that fast.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. it is great to see all from Ohio on here!!!!! Guhl's just had some Honey and Me fabric, went in and bought all they had for my sister from MO. there is also a new QS out on Mt. Zion Rd. not to bad on prices, need to go back out and see how she is doing. Also found a QS in Point Pleasant, W VA. Very good prices also nice fabric. Well, back to paper piecing for me, have fun quilting all.

If you live close to Jackson's WalMart, just found out that the fabric is going to 50% Monday. Good thing they take plastic and hubby goes back to work for week.

Hello there! I went to Guhl's in January while on my guild's annual retreat. Found a bunch of quilt shop brand material there. That was my best find. Now I think it's too pretty to cut!
