New Quilter in Ohio
 

:wave: Hello from the Buckeye State. I'm Vikki, retired grandmother of two granddaughters out of 11 grandchildren. I love sewing and have designed my daughter's wedding gown as well as upholstered just about everything imaginable but I had not attempted quilting until recently. I think quilting is my new love. I'm looking forward to being involved in this forum, building friendships, and getting advice from experienced quilters. I love to collaborate on projects.

Welcome from the Sho-Me State - Missouri - as a garment sewer, you will have to get used to the 1/4th inch seam allowance in quilting! And, save every single scrap - it might come in handy someday!

Welcome from Pittsburgh... I wish I was in Ohio. No Really, in Akron. Well okay actually closer to Green. There's a lady there selling a '26 Singer 101 for 45 dollars. I think I would like Ohio a lot.
