I'm a newbie and just wanted to say hello and ask if anyone out there has tried landscape quilting and has any tips for me. I just completed my first. |

I made a small one a long time ago. It was a mini workshop at our guild. It was fun using some of those fabrics with water or obvious landscape type stuff on them. I might have to try that again. Be sure and post a picture. |

I found a pattern in one my older magazines, the pattern was simple, the only thing that I wrestled with was what form I would use to quilt, so you'll see different types of quilting in the wall hanging. I made it for one of my church friends which will turn 91 this month, and then had to make another, because my husband wants me to enter it into a quilt show.
