New to Quilting
 

Hi folks. For a long time I've been fascinated with quilts but never pursued my interest until now. A little over a year ago I made the jump across the pond from Scotland to Arkansas. It's been a challenge but one thing that has saved my sanity are the awesome ladies at my local quilting guild. I decided to pick up a new hobby to go with my new life here in the USA so here I am finally pursuing my interest in quilting. I'm a complete beginner and I look forward to learning a lot from this forum.

I imagine that Arkansas is quite a change from Scotland. What part of AR are you? It is a very pretty state - at least the western part.
