Hi Dolly from Washington State. Your quilts are beautifal.
Christmas will be here before you know it. Start making a list of who you want them to go to. Glad your here. I was like you about 8 years ago. Never used a sewing machine since the 8th grade. |
Hi Ann
I have not heard of the Linu project but I will certainly look it up thanks so much for the tip. |
Welcome from New Hampshire! Such Beautiful fabrics! I can't believe how many you have made so far. Keep going! Most of my quilts, I keep for myself. I have offered to make quilts for some family members, but they don't seem enthused, so guess what, they are not going to get one! As for your fabric stash, once you get started you can't stop! Just enjoy the ride. Keep in touch on this site and show us pictures when you can!

Gorgeous quilts and the fabrics are too!! |
Welcome to the QB. If you google charity quilts, you will get many options to choose from. They are all pretty and would be appreciated by the receiver. Thanks for sharing.
Your QB name should be quiltingmaniac. LOL |

Beautiful quilts! Nursing homes might take them. All those bright colors are cheering for those confined to bed or wheelchairs.

Thank you all so much for your wonderful comments and suggestions; this has been a fabulously uplifting experience for me. I'm sure I will eventually slow down and then do some serious work, but for now Ill just keep my favourite pieces and donate the rest. Speak soon happy quilting everyone.
