I happened upon this site when searching for a cathedral window christmas ornament. This is a really awesome site so decided to join. I'm new to this type of site so will fumble my way through. It took me awhile just to figure out how to introduce myself.
My user name stands for two of my favorite hobbies - camping and quilting, with my profession as an RN included. I have been quilting for many years now. I like to jump from project to project so have many ufo's. I love to try new techniques.
My current project is with a group of nine other quilters. We are piecing a Dear Jane quilt. We each are responsible for same 17 blocks per month only each month we piece them for a different member of the group using their chosen fabrics. This is a really time consuming project to say the least. This group has been doing a project together for 4 years now and this is by far the most challenging. We've done a "box" quilt, a round robin and a row quilt before this Dear Jane.
