Hi -
I've been reading the newsletter for several months and decided it's time to start writing. I've been married 33 years; have 5 grown children, all adopted; 3 (almost 4) grandchildren; and numerous furry children, including show dogs (Keeshonds).
My first real attempt at quilting was pieced on my grandmother's treadle machine and handquilted.
I now feel like a reall quilter. I've been to Wal-Mart and seen the empty shelves where fabric used to be, and I have 20 yards of Warm and Natural. I'm committed to future projects!

Welcome! And I love your Red Eye! I have one, but it isn't restored. Some rust here and there and missing the plate that goes over the bobbin case.
