Hello All, I'm new to the Quilting Board and looking forward to seeing what is shared here? I want to start right away by asking for some help if that's okay. I live in Canada, and just heard of a Mom that has lost both her kids in the last 7 months to Mitochondrial Disease. Her friend contacted me asking if I knew anyone that lives in Colorado Springs who would be willing to make a quilt from her children's T-shirts as a memorial for the Mom. The Mom is unable to pay for this to be done. Is there anyone from that area who would be willing to help? I would love to take it on but it would not be cost effective or safe to be shipping something so precious back and forth across the border.

I live close but not in Colorado Springs. I don't have the skills necessary to make the quilt you want. I hope someone steps up for you. There are a lot of nice people on this board. Welcome from Colorado.
