Winne - where? That is a normal question, lol. We are about 2 1/2 hours east of reno and 9 or 10 hours north of Las Vegas.

My name is Kathy, been married 19 years in June. We have 3 children - 18, 16, and 15. I started quilting with Eleanor Burns' PBS show back around 1992. I then took a 15 year break since all I could ever figure out how to do was tie tops. How would you EVER quilt a queen-size on a regular machine
About 3 years ago I pulled out my old books and did some searching and found out how to MQ, and I'm going again. My quilting passion atm is kaleidoscopes - but I think Rhonda's miniatures just might replace that one :-D
I found this board by accident Friday night, and have spent 3 days just oohing and aahing over everything. I have found so many new projects I want to do - when will I ever find the time?
I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and to continue seeing your wonderful projects.

A big welcome from Ireland - you will enjoy it here, but the problem is when you spend more time on the computer, and less at the machine!

I agree, when I sit on my computer while I should be quilting. I feel so guilty afterwards.

I ooh and ahh over all of the pictures here. The people are so talented.

Welcome from upstate New York. Glad you got back to quilting, you'll love it here.
