Hello and a warm welcome from southeastern West Virginia. You sound alot like the "young me"....Forty years ago I was into all kinds of crafts but when I found quilting everything else took a backseat. My 3 girls are grown and gone now....new grandbaby due in December...my first one. But still love quilting....I live on a farm and have been wishing for chickens and goats. DH says we can get some in the spring. I'm also a beekeeper!
