Welcome newb!! I don't check in on a regular basis but was suprised to come across someone that lives fairly close to me. I live near the Parkway , outside of Bedford.
We have lived in this area for 8 years now and LOVE it!!! Quite different from the hustle and bustle of the Pittsburgh area.
Sounds like you are really getting a good start on your Christmas presents. I'm not, but then I'm not very speedy when it comes to quilting. I'm doing an UnderGround Railroad, queen size and an attic windows showcaseing all the different sheep fabric that I have collect over the past couple of years. I also have an applique project going on at all times so I can take it with me while traveling.

HOW ABOUT THAT!!! I'm about 35 min from Lynchburgh and go there on a regular basis. Are you involved with any of the quilt guilds in this area?? I belong to the Bedford guild and really enjoy it! Maybe we know or have even seen each other at the two quilt shops in this area!!

I don't belong to a guild. But we may have passed each other's path. I do love to build that statch.. Missy
