Hi to everyone! I am new to the site. Just began quilting about 2 months ago. Sunday was about to finish my first quilt top and my 23 year old Finesse machine quit working. It broke a gear. Am looking for a new machine now and can't wait to get back to it! I am married for 14 years we have 6 children together and 9 grandchildren and one very spoiled dog that is 1 year old. I work full time and wanted to start quilting to have a stress outlet. My husband is supportive of my desire to get into quilting. He does a lot of woodworking and as a matter of fact one of his current projects is a sewing cabinet for me. Am hoping to get my new (used) machine tomorrow, a Bernina 1630. Keeping my fingers crossed.
