Hi everyone!
I have been reading the boards for a while, but haven't posted (yet!) :-)
I am somewhat new to quilting, I've been doing it for less than 6 months, but I'm totally hooked! So far, I've made a table runner, and a baby quilt for my best friend. (But I have a huge stash! LOL) I'll post pictures when I can!
I am a stay-at-home Mom to two boys, 3 and 5, and also work part time (about 15 hours a week) at Jo-Ann Fabrics.
Anyways, I just wanted to say "Hey!"

I'm in the Twin Cities, I work at the Maple Grove Jo-Ann's. It is a great place to work, I really enjoy it :-)
(Although, I'm not sure why they bother to give me a paycheck! They should just pay me in fabric!) :-)

Thanks for the warm welcome!

Welcome from Lino Lakes, MN!! I'm a newbie also. Been learning to quilt for a little over a year -- slow but determined!

buster 12-03-2009 02:43 PM

I go to that JoAnn Fabrics every so often. That is a really nice store. It usually has everything I'm looking for. It's bigger than the one in St. Cloud and carries a lot more.

I always said that's one place I could never work at because I would pick up to much cute stuff to add to the big stash already.

Another local Minnesota person.
