We lived in Durham for 2 years while my husband completed his doctoral program at Duke. I hated to leave Durham - so beautiful in the spring and fall. Visit occasionally as we are huge Duke basketball fans!!!!!!!! We attended the Duke/NC game in March. Could not believe how the area has grown!

Welcome to the board, I'm also new and have found everyone to be quite helpful. I was over your way at Randy's yesterday and attempted to take my son to Wet & Wild - which closed due to storms as we drove in to the parking lot.

Yep - especially hard for me this weekend as they have several bolts of discontinued Laurel Burch fabric in the line that I'm using for a gift for my MIL - but I suppose it was better than eBay prices for that one. I'm trying really hard to only buy with a clear purpose in mind right now... not working though...
