Hi from PA!
I've recently picked up quilting again after a few years. It all started because I'm having foot surgery on Friday and I wanted to have something to work on while I'm recuperating. I found a pattern in Fons & Porter that has 16 appliqued blocks so that should keep me busy while I'm mending! I'm so excited that I found this forum. It's so nice to have a connection to others who enjoy the same hobbies. I look forward to learning a lot from you gals! |

Welcome...Welcome from western New York state. I had major foot surgery a year ago and my recovery has been great. Can't imagine living life with a sore ankle as I had for so many years. Any discomfort is worth the outcome. Take it slowly one day at a time and I know that you will be fine. You will be in my prayers. Sincerely, Lois

Hi,
I just learned how to make the hexagons from plastic templates. Is so much fun and addictive. You can sit and sew them by hand. You should try to make some of them. Karen |
