Check to see if all your seams are the same width. They should all be 1/4 inch.

it is probably your seam allowances like suggested..and you need to square up or check each section,fo size as you finish it. that would help too.
how many blocks have you finished?

Oh,And Welcome!

Hi and welcome from the sunny state of Florida!! You'll get all the help you need on this board! I did fine on my pinwheels until the very last one and I never did figure out what I did wrong even after ripping it out three times. I just buried the block in the quilt and nobody's the wiser but me, teehee!

if you only made 4, don't give up!
you just need to check what we said..the seam allowance and to make sure each piece is the size it is supposed to be.

when you begin sewing them into the pin wheel..line up the center seam first..pin it,to keep it together, and sew it..

then you can check the size again..and square it up, or down as the case may be..so they are all the same size.
i really wish i was there to help you..
:-(

ok, i looked at it again..the block on the bottom right, the white fabric looks larger than the rest of them. see how wonky it is?
it should lay flat and sort of tight...if that is the right word.
when you press them, use spray starch on them. maybe that will help.

Welcome from central Alabama. You certainly picked a hard one to start with, but it looks like you are getting the hang of it. Nothing teaches like experience and practice.
