I had a look at the blocks of the month yesterday, so guess what i have been doing all day today, yep you guessed, making them lol. They are now finished. I tried my best. As i said i am only a beginner. I have put my pics in the blocks of the month threads, because my Mum said that i HAD TO lol. Donna xxx |

Hi Donna Anne, glad to have you join us!

Hello Donna
Welcime- I am also from the UK (Devon) and nearly new to the board. Wish I could get my daughter quilting but she is into scrapbooking. Look forward to seeing your quilts - have fun. Jane |
Welcome aboard! I love this forum and I am sure you will too. I think it is great you and your mum share the hobby. I am fairly new here too. I am new to quilting altogether. I love the BOM but have only done 2 so far but I agree with you that the first one was easier than the Crystal. That one tested my sanity. Again welcome and look forward to being your friend.
|
I am glad someone else thought the same. I was ready for throwing the crystals one through the window lol
Donna xx |
LOL
I get a sense that one block is always a bit harder than the other with the BOM. I'm looking forward to getting started on February's and can't wait to see what everyone else does. :D ~Tiffany |
Oh yes Karnenmay--that avatar of yours sure looks like a tough mum!! :D
Welcome Donna!! (picrture a waving smile here) |
WElcome, Donna: You'll learn alot from your mom but you'll also learn alot from all the bright, creative, inventive, talented people on this board. Glad you joined us.

Glad you are back, Donna. Welcome again!
|
Welcome to the Board, Donna. I know you'll love it here.
|
Hey, Donna, glad you were able to get back on the forum. My computer crashed and I needed a new hard disk, and then I had to rebuild all my connections. Couldn't remember all my user names and passwords! I now have a list! And that is the very worst thing you can do, but it was so frustrating not being able to go where I wanted to go! :?
