Newbie from Wisconsin
Hello all,
I'm new to quilting and sewing in general, but am looking forward to learning as a way to connect more with my mom and do more activities together. She gave me her beautiful Singer Featherweight to learn and begin with, and I can't wait to get started. I'm hoping to craft some simple projects to get me going, so any hints and tips are more than welcome! -Kate |

Hi neighbor,
You'll be able to pick up a lot of wonderful info from QB. If you need some sewing/ quilting classes check out Craftsy.com. I have picked up several over the past year and find them helpful in both sewing & quilting. Have fun! |
Great idea, thanks!

Welcome from SW Ontario, Canada. Measure and cut carefully and make sure you have an accurate 1/4" seam allowance. It will make a difference.
