this is very similar. you would have to change the pointy bottom part to a checkerboard.

The heart quilt is a little larger than crib, smaller than lap size. I wasn't very clear on the pattern I was seeking - I posted a new question about it - it's a cat wall hanging I'm seeking. Excuse the bumbling, I'm just learning my way around this site.
