My name is Loretta I have been quilting since the 70's. Every once in a while I have get a brain fart and forget what I am suppose to be doing. Then I cut wrong, sometime I can get around it and some time not.
This has not kept me from quilting. I love to quilt and see the finish project. My only problem is I keep giving it away, one day I will keep it.

Hello from TN. I grew up in MI, do you have any snow yet??? I moved down here to get away from it, but now that I'm quilting, it really doesn't matter so much, unless I need to buy fabric. Thank goodness for online shopping, Happy Quilting

Welcome, i have a good friend from Mi I started writing to when she was in Iraq. I admire her love for her state and the suffering that has come because of the fall of the auto industry.

Hello Loretta, welcome from Germany :). Well, with my last quilt, I couldn't get into my brain to cut 2.5" strips and kept on cutting 2.25". My scrapbag is getting bigger and bigger *rolleyes*

Hello and welcome from Kansas. I too seem to give away more quilts than I keep,oh well they all seem to enjoy them. Nothing makes me happier than to go to my daughter's house and see the quilts on the beds. Hope you enjoy the board.
