Welcome from western NY and happy quilting :)

several years back, I had a Hinterberg wooden frame. It was very sturdy and easy to use.

I can't help you with your question, but welcome from the beautiful mountains of western NC.

Welcome from the middle of NC. I just finished reading somewhere about frames. It was mentioned by a couple of people that the wooden frames can sometimes warp or start to bow downward so they were suggesting that it would be best to buy a metal frame. I don't know if this is true or not but it seems to me it could be since wood can change with weight, cold, and heat. I don't know anything about your machine either but maybe there is a frame specific for it.
You should probably ask this question again in the Main Thread with the title including the make of your machine and that you are looking for a frame suggestion. Good luck. |
