Hi from WA to MO, It's good to hear from so many quilters from around the country, especially with one with ties to my home. Did you live in Bellingham before you moved? I was born and raised here and we decided to come back to a retirement apartment. With 3 quilt stores in town it was a wise choice!

Yes, you are really close to Bellingham! I'm sure you've discovered the fabric store at the Burlington Outlet Mall. With three quilt shops here in town I'm more than content. We moved from Shoreline (north of Seattle) this fall to a retirement apartment and love it. Have you been quilting for long? I used to sew for years but once I was introduced to quilting, my interest lies there.
