Re-introduce
I've been away about a year. Two daughters got married and my Parents celebrated their 50th. I made 2 kings and a queen while I was away. I hand quilted the king for my 1st daughter's wedding and did a Prairie point boarder (ON a king!) Not doing that again. I had the second daughter's wedding quilt machine quilted but I paper pieced the custom design that I made up myself. I call it Snails at Sea. Combined the Storm at Sea with the Snail tail blocks. The last one I made was more simple but had a lot of applique. I took a wall hanging called Cats Stairway to Heaven and quadrupled it. So I have been busy. I took a lot of time working on our Ladies' retreat and VBS but now fall is coming and I look forward to staying home and quilting again!
THE INTRO: I live in Southern Idaho, Mom to 8 living children, two married, the rest are home and home-schooled. Married 26 years to a born farmer turned stock broker and custom coffee roaster.
