Hello everyone, my name is Scott.
I'm from Michigan, but reside in Thailand with my family. I just bought an old Singer 15BG168 Treadle, basically the same as a Singer 15K110...I guess.....except this one was made in Asia.
It's all cleaned up,oiled and working smoothly. On to my second quilt. I'm new to sewing.

Hi Scott, welcome from Mississippi. :wave: Very nice Singer 15 you've got there. They are strong machines and sew through anything. Also, you can drop the feed dogs and do FMQ with them. Should be a great quilter!

I Came here for the birth of my son 9 years ago and never left. I'm an international school teacher ( science and math )
We plan on moving back to the States in 3 years. I want my son to attend an American school.

Hi Scott I grew up in MI my husband and I left years ago to accept educational positions in FL. I've been to Thailand twice leading mission trips from our school, we work with a Christian school on the eastern side of Thailand close to the Mekong. Wonderful people, beautiful country! Welcome to the Board!
