Hi from Wisconsin! I'm fairly new to quilting. Istarted just a couple of years ago, but I've already made about 8 quilts. I told my family that I'll start making quilts for them when I get better at it. I think I'm almost ready.

I really love this forum. I've learned so many great things from it already, and I've been monitoring it for only a month or so. :thumbup:

Can anybody help me post an avatar? I click on browse, but all I get with my pictures is a choice to open or cancel. I can't seem to get my picture to post.

Go up to the menu choices under the Quilter's Message Board title. Find the one that says "My Profile" and click it. It has a place to attach your favorite picture! BTW: "signature" is not just your name, it can be a favorite saying or whatever!

Thanks, I tried that. I got as far as finding the picture in my files, tried to open, and it just wouldn't post. Maybe I'll try again later. thanks anyway.
